There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment Outdoors Responsibilities Tasks Interpret welding process specifications. Determine weldability of materials. Operate previous welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding. Performing welding related repairs on the chassis, trucks and trailers. Examine the equipment after welding and advise maintenance of defects. Plan/set up of welding operations accordingly. Maintains responsibility for all tools and equipment. Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps. Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
