Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Nail Technician Educator to join our team. This role involves teaching and mentoring students in our online nail technology program based on the Milady CIMA curriculum. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, industry experience, and a commitment to fostering student success through interactive learning and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and guide students through our online nail technician program, covering topics such as manicures, pedicures, artificial nails, nail art, safety and sanitation, and client communication.
Assess student work including practical assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
Deliver live or recorded instructional sessions to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Support students with questions and provide mentorship throughout their learning journey.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nail technology to ensure course content remains current.
Collaborate with curriculum developers to improve course materials and ensure alignment with industry standards.
Ensure compliance with provincial and national regulations related to nail technology education.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Practising or Licensed Nail Technician or Certified Educator in Nail Technology.
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a nail technician or educator.
Strong knowledge of nail care, artificial nail applications, and industry best practices.
Previous teaching or training experience preferred (online teaching experience is a plus).
Proficiency in using online learning platforms and digital tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and support students in a virtual learning environment.
Passion for education and the beauty industry.
