Business Development Representative $50,000 - $80,000 depending on experience Burlington, ON (remote) 10% - 20% travel required

Were looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and support our growth across the Americas. If you're proactive, commercially minded, and thrive on making connections, this role is for you.

Youll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate new leads, follow up on marketing activity, and research prospects. Your goal is to create qualified opportunities that the sales team can progress into customers. This is a hands-on role that rewards persistence, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them to sales-ready opportunities
Research target accounts and gather useful information for sales outreach
Update and manage prospect data in HubSpot
Monitor and refine processes to improve lead generation and follow-up
Support partner correspondence and follow-ups
Represent PINpoint at trade shows and customer meetings (occasional travel required)
Contribute to wider sales and marketing activities as needed

The Person

Were looking for someone who brings:

At least 12 months of B2B experience, preferably in a high-tech or software setting
Proven B2B cold calling experience this is essential
Clear, confident phone skills and strong written communication
A working knowledge of CRM tools HubSpot is preferred
A high level of energy, confidence, and resilience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A degree or equivalent qualification
Spanish language skills are a bonus
