Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Collections Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent service while ensuring exceptional results in the collection of financial loans. You will work closely with customers to negotiate payment arrangements, assess risk, and mitigate losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of collections issues.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers within authorized limits.
• Assess and mitigate risk by referring accounts for further action.
• Maintain accurate records of all call activity details in the Collections system.
• Achieve individual collection targets to meet Department and Company-wide goals.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/French) required to communicate with customers across Canada.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Experience working with high-risk accounts in the auto financing industry.
• Familiarity with skip tracing, credit bureaus, and social media.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration.
• Demonstrated work experience with sub-prime consumers.

Working Conditions

• Flexible availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST.
• Availability to work one Saturday shift per month and one evening shift per week.
