Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team at Sobeys Inc.

As a part-time pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations in one of our pharmacies across Canada.

You will demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while acting in the patient's best interest to achieve excellence in the areas of patient-centered care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and professional clinical services.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and be licensed as a pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating warmth, empathy, and compassion while acting in the patient's best interest to achieve excellence in patient-centered care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and professional clinical services.
• Providing patient counseling and education for new therapy to patients/caregivers while tailoring to the needs and concerns of the patient.
• Initiating care plans, following up, and completing proper documentation.
• Participating in professional programs and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellence in health & wellness services to all patients.
• Actively engaging in all areas of Fusion to ensure patients experience seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
