CPC is hiring conductors for a transnational railway network. The conductor position plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient train operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in switching rail cars and moving trains between yards
• Work in either train or yard service depending on seniority
• Maintain a thorough understanding of General Code of Operating Rules (GCOR) and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
