As an Order Entry Clerk, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. Pay Rate: $21.00

What's the Job?

• Provide professional and efficient customer service by responding to customer requests, problems, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Enter sales orders and credit note requests for designated accounts into the SAP network computer system.
• Issue return orders and manage follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with pricing updates and associated communication.
• Respond to general website inquiries and maintain customer information in the CRM program as requested.
