Job Summary

We are seeking an advanced chemist to train AI models, measuring their progress and evaluating their logic to improve model quality.

This role requires expertise in chemistry, with a preferred Master's/PhD or equivalent experience in fields such as formulation science, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, or process development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide diverse and complex chemistry problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality of AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detailed-oriented.
• Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
