The Director/Senior Director of Product Management will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our product portfolio. This role will involve leading a team of product managers, developing new products, and creating strategies to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Product Development: Lead the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Market Strategy: Develop pricing, bundling, and offer strategies to target specific market segments effectively.
• Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
• Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics related to product adoption, customer attrition, and overall product performance.

What you bring:

• Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the propane or energy sector is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on strategic thinking and execution.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
