Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain QMS: Ensure the QMS is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP chemical processing.
- Assist in preparation and following up on internal and external audits.
- Investigate quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve defects.
- Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for continuous quality improvement.
- Conduct follow-up audits to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions in anodizing and painting operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance quality control in aerospace surface treatments.
- Maintain TNM's specification library, standards and documentation including the procedures up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality assurance with production and laboratory processes.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in chemical processing.
- Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP chemical processing standards.
- Experience in maintaining and improving a Quality Management System (QMS) and conducting root cause analysis.
- Strong communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to stay current with aerospace standards and update the QMS for continued compliance.
- Fluency in English is required. French is an asset.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
