A newly created role to lead the growth and project delivery of our sustainability practice, with a firm that genuinely cares about its people.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and bring in work with new and existing clients.
- Build and strengthen long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
- Lead and manage the technical project teams.
- Find, create, and implement ideas to achieve innovation.
- Foster a culture of client satisfaction, brand loyalty, and quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create memorable, unique, and meaningful marketing content.
- Represent Trace at industry and association events and on committees and boards.
About You and Your Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling and delivering sustainability consulting services.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who can build strong external and internal relationships.
- Health, safety, and wellness are critical to you.
- You enjoy work-life balance and being a part of a people-focused company.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
- You have a diploma or degree in a related field. A Sustainability certification or degree is a plus.
