Locations: Kelowna & West Kelowna, BC
Position: Full-time (5 days a week) Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturdays required)

We at Snore MD are looking for a CLINICAL COORDINATOR in our Clinics in Kelowna and West Kelowna.

About the Role:
As a Clinical Coordinator at Snore MD, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sleep apnea patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Triaging patient referrals and coordinating appointments
Communicating and collaborating with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals
Overseeing clinic operations including inventory management and processing sleep test equipment
Providing support with insurance paperwork and administrative tasks

About You:
We're looking for proactive, confident team members who are driven by passion for exceptional patient care. You would bring:

Experience in office administration, coordination, and customer service
Rock solid reliability, strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work out of our 2 clinics in Kelowna and West Kelowna through the week
Positive 'let's do this' attitude that's turned on and turned up everyday
Passion for providing exceptional patient care and building strong relationships
Proficient in computer skills and experience in platforms like MS Office, Google Suite
Previous medical experience as a Medical Office Assistant (MOA), clinic coordinator, or in a healthcare setting (physio, optometry, sleep clinic experience) is advantageous
Eligibility to work in Canada

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, education, and skill set, and may vary within the stated range.
