Salary: Up to $150,000 + performance-based bonuses

Location: Montreal / Hybrid

The Role:

• Lead FIX protocol testing initiatives for trading systems
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases for FIX message flows
• Collaborate with traders and developers to resolve FIX-related issues
• Monitor and analyze FIX message traffic
• Document testing procedures and maintain test documentation

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Python
• Understanding of Unix/Linux
• Understanding of financial markets and trading workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with electronic trading systems
• FIX Protocol
• Knowledge of market data protocols
• Experience with test automation
• Financial industry certifications
