Job description
Conduct daily meetings with new clients in the field to introduce and promote Impressive Floor products.
Resolve any claims or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Actively promote our products and services to potential clients, focusing on B2B sales within the flooring industry.
Provide presentations and product demonstrations to other sales representatives and potential clients.
Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Develop and nurture new business relationships to expand our client base.
Service existing business accounts while proactively seeking opportunities to generate new business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Utilize your expertise in negotiation and sales to secure favorable deals and contracts.
Requirements
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside field sales, preferably in the B2B sector within the flooring industry.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Willingness and flexibility to travel within the Calgary region and occasionally beyond.
A strong desire to grow and succeed in a fast-paced and expanding company environment.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
The curiosity to understand how things work to improve service.
Flexibility to adapt to different people and environments.
A knack for problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Working knowledge of CRM systems or equivalent. (Preferred)
Required to work a schedule as determined by sales, customer, and business needs.
Working Conditions
