TalentWorld is recruiting a Business Systems Analyst in Calgary, Alberta for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
Master operational software systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), including modules, databases, and integrations.
Analyze and optimize business processes to align with organizational goals.
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Generate data-driven reports and insights using tools like PowerBI and Excel.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend system improvements.
Adapt to changing priorities and support team objectives as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP certification is an asset.
3+ years in business systems, software implementation, or analytics.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar).
Experienced in either Jira, Trello, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Tableau.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
