- If you're passionate about testing industrial automation and control devices,
- If you're an expert in validating motor control performances and;
- If you want to work with a small, dedicated, and effective team
You should be knowledgeable about:
- Variable frequency drive
- Validating industrial Motor control performance and efficiency
- PLC programming
- Industrial control protocols such as MODBUS/TCP, BacNet, or EtherNet/IP
- Multimeter, oscilloscope, power analyzer, grid emulator
- MacOS, Linux, and Windows
- Python Programming
And this is what we'd expect of you:
- Write and execute test cases to validate our VFD motor control performances and efficiency
- Write comprehensive performance reports to be shared with marketing, sales, and customers
- Write test cases that go beyond the requirements
- Write PLC programs and Python programs
Experience requirements:
- 3 years - writing and executing test cases to validate industrial equipment (VFD, PLC, Panel)
- 2 years - validating performance and efficiency of VFDs
- 1 year - install/configure/operate/support variable frequency drive
- 1 year - writing PLC application
- 1 year - Python programming
Language requirement
- English fluent
- French fluent
Interview process
The hiring process for this position will consist of 3 interviews:
- 1st interview with HR representative - 20 minutes via Google Meet - General discussion, confirmation of interest
- 2nd interview with the department's head - 30 minutes via Google Meet - General technical discussion
- 3rd interview with your future colleagues and supervisor - 1 hour on-site - In-depth technical discussion + tour of the office
