TalentWorld is recruiting a B2B Sales Development Specialist in Mississauga, Ontario for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy for the assigned territory.
Prospect new clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and presenting tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close service agreements to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Bullhorn CRM.
Stay updated on industry trends and attend networking events to generate new leads.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Proven success in sales negotiations and closing deals.
Proficiency in Bullhorn CRM and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in French (oral and written) is an asset.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
Employment Details
Salary: Competitive salary of $70 - $75.000 (depending on experience) plus commissions on both temporary and permanent placements.
Benefits: Includes a car allowance, a hybrid work schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, 3 weeks of vacation annually, and the chance to join a dynamic and passionate team.
