What you will be doing

As our Senior Account Executive, you'll:

Architect and execute the full sales cycle, from initial prospect identification to successful deal closure
Deliver powerful, persuasive presentations that illuminate our innovative learning approach
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with private school decision-makers
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with meticulous attention to detail
Utilize CRM systems to maintain data accuracy and provide reliable forecasting

What you will NOT be doing

Supervising team members - this role is focused on direct sales impact
Following predetermined playbooks - you'll create the blueprint for market entry
Depending on extensive support infrastructure for lead generation or deal closure
Marketing a commodity product in an oversaturated market

Key Responsibilities

Lead our market penetration strategy by securing adoptions of our 2 Hour Learning solution within private schools, establishing our presence, and creating sustainable year-over-year growth trajectories.

Candidate Requirements

Proven B2B sales champion with 3+ years of experience and a history of surpassing revenue goals
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end sales cycle management
Background in education markets (US K-12) or related fields (EdTech, SaaS, services) preferred
Expert-level consultative selling and relationship cultivation abilities
Mastery of CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
US/Canada-based, with preference for Northeast locations
Comprehensive knowledge of US private school landscape
Willingness to travel 50-75% for client engagement and industry events
