Axiom Industrial Solutions Inc. is a well-established, market leading industrial contractor in search of Sales Representative in Fabrication for full-time employment . You will join a successful team in leading the food and beverage/manufacturing construction industry.

Job Purpose: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, qualifying new customers, and selling Axiom's Fabrication department. Introduce Axiom to new customers and retrieve Request for Proposal (RFP) or collect document such that a quote can be submitted.

Duties & Responsibilities
Seek, connect and meet with new customers
Following up on leads as provide by management.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Maintain the CRM current use the Pipedrive Platform
Creating and maintaining potential key customer organization charts
Effectively explain and describe features of Axiom's services with focus on Fabrication
Staying informed about competing services.
Coordinate calls to new customer or contacts
Assist with closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Follow up on quotes submitted.

Skills And Qualifications
Ability to achieve performance targets.
Previous experience in Construction industry or a related sales position a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Self motivated with the confidence to cold call.
Customer service skills.
Strong listening skills.
Strong ability to communicate details of conversations.
