About the Sales opening:

The Sales Consultant candidate we are looking for will be a highly motivated individual, with an enthusiastic attitude and professional approach. Strong people skills and a commitment to customer service is a must! Automotive sales and Ford brand experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions
Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify potential customers
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
Figure out customer's needs by listening and asking questions
Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Engage customers through our online chat tool
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Perform walk-around videos with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
Work with management team on opportunities and sales objectives

Requirements:

Clean driver's abstract and AB driver's license
customer service experience
