About Us

Restore Rehabilitation and Wellness is a multidisciplinary Sports Medicine clinic in the South Surrey/Panorama area. The clinic is also attached and partnered with a strength and conditioning gym Ora Fitness and Yoga, including over 500 members for marketing.

Competitive Wages: $58-$60 per hour

Term of Employment: Full-time / Part-time

Location: Unit - a Ave, Surrey BC V3S 6T4

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary clinic in British Columbia. In this role, you will provide advanced patient care as part of a diverse healthcare team, including specialists, and allied health professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing and treating a range of health conditions, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with patients to manage their health and coordinate care across various disciplines to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough patient evaluations and physical exams.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and provide guidance on management and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, and clinical counsellors, to deliver integrated care.
Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Participate in team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification.
Active NP license and registration in British Columbia.
Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
Experience or interest in working within a collaborative, patient-centered care model.
