Sales Representative - HVAC & Mechanical Services

Serving over 40,000 customers annually, we are the largest HVAC & refrigeration service provider in Western Canada. Our local teams include professionals from HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, sheet metal, and electrical trades, working together to meet customer needs.
We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by acquiring new customers and fostering long-term relationships. In this role, you'll enjoy competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, a company vehicle, and an RRSP plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region.
Secure and close new service contracts, consistently exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create targeted sales strategies for specific market segments.
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales plans and forecasts.
Use proven sales techniques to attract new clients and generate leads.
Prepare clear and detailed reports, proposals, and agreements for clients.
Assist in the development of annual sales targets and market expansion plans with the sales team.
Ensure smooth client onboarding by providing accurate documentation and attending initial meetings.
Maintain and update CRM records to track sales progress and client information.
Travel to client sites within your designated region.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in service contracts.
Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business.
Mechanical background or experience with HVAC systems an asset.
Post-secondary education or certifications in mechanical trades, HVAC, or a related field are an asset.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
