Job Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business that meets the criteria set out by the Unisync Executive Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and qualifying viable opportunities from market research, that meet Unisync target customer profile criteria.
• Weekly phone block sessions to drive contact with prospective new business.
• Preparing and coordinating proposals that communicate Unisync's experience, organizational products and services to prospective clients
• Manage all prospective customer submission requirements and deadlines in addition to written proposals, including but not limited to; product sample submissions and approved pricing submission components.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Unisync's product and service offerings, including internal procurement and manufacturing processes
• Develop an understanding of Unisync competition to strategically leverage Unisync strengths against competitor weaknesses
• Communicate effectively with all relevant internal department leads and SME's throughout the proposal development process
• Track anticipated upcoming RFP release dates for key target clients that have been contacted vis-à-vis phone block sessions
• Manage debriefs for any unsuccessful sales proposals with Executive Team, recording all critical feedback on Unisync price and service competitiveness scores
Job Requirements:
• Education level, undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Experience, minimum 2 years experience in sales hunting role
