What will you do?

As an Outbound Fiber Sales Agent, you will ensure that customers get the best value for all their products and services. You will:

Make outbound calls to existing or new customers
Upsell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers' needs.
Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
Strive to understand the customer's situation and recognize their needs
Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Meet and exceed different KPI targets

You will be a great fit if you have:

Experience working in a call center
Experience in a role where you have done outbound sales
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
The ability to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working
Residing in and legally able to work in Alberta, Canada
Have open availability to work between the business operating hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm MST, Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm MST Saturdays (Sundays off)

Windows 10 or 11 operating software (Apple devices and Chromebooks will not work with the required software)
Minimum 8 GB RAM
Minimum Intel I3 processor
The ability to work with an ethernet cable connected to the modem
