Qualification:
Graduate in any Stream. (Commerce Graduates would be preferred)
Desired Skills:
Good knowledge of Customer Service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to comprehend, assess and analyze the customer's issue and provide appropriate resolution
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members or other departments
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of SAP/ Oracle, Workflow tools, MS Office
Language Proficiency :
Excellent Canadian French & English- Writing/Listening/Speaking

_ Roles and Responsibilities: _
Handle customer interactions (telephonic / electronic)
Maintain quality of customer interaction through empathic listening, comprehension, accurate analysis of the customer's need and providing resolutions within defined timelines
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes per agreed timelines
Ensure all service requests are handled in accordance to agreed metrics
