Someone with proven consultative sales experience , comfortable following a structured sales process from initial contact to close.
You have the perfect balance of being highly motivated, results oriented, empathetic and caring.
You thrive in multitasking environments, balancing networking, prospecting, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
A natural networker with a passion for building relationships.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and sales-related software.
You have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

What You'll Do:

Position yourself as an expert, using Chartwell's consultative approach to guide seniors and their families in transition to retirement living.
Work collaboratively with your management team to ensure an exceptional customer experience for each prospective resident.
Drive occupancy to meet and exceed sales targets by building meaningful relationships.
Utilize Chartwell sales tool and technology, including YARDI CRM, to track sales performance and analyze trends to drive improvement.
Through follow up calls and personalized visits and guide prospects through the sales process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
Build and maintain local partnerships with professionals and the broader community that will support driving referrals.
Execute on creative marketing initiatives to drive initial contacts.
