Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a Diesel Small Engine Mechanic to join their team. As a Diesel Small Engine Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the repair and maintenance of trucks, buses, and all types of diesel engines. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Title: Diesel Small Engine Mechanic

Location: Antigonish, NS

Pay Range: $24 per hour

What's the Job?

• Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul trucks, buses, and all types of diesel engines.
• Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery or refinery and pipeline distribution systems.

What's Needed?

• No minimum experience required, but relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
