Position Overview: As a Senior Program Manager specializing in the innovation and implementation of personalized health services, you will be responsible for designing and launching cutting-edge health programs that cater to our clients' unique needs. This role focuses on introducing new and emerging services through our network of Care Centre clinics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct research, and develop services that align with our business objectives.

You will lead the introduction of innovative health services, including advanced reproductive health, hormonal therapies, telehealth solutions, and personalized wellness programs. Your role will involve creating user-centered solutions that enhance the patient experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare service design and implementation. You will be passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and have a proven ability to navigate the regulatory landscape. Your strategic thinking, creativity, and meticulous execution will ensure the successful launch of new services. Key Responsibilities:

Service Development:
Lead the development and enhancement of health services from conceptualization to launch, including design, change management, implementation, and a differentiated strategy related to pricing, bundling, positioning, lifecycle, placement, promotion, partnerships, and service guidelines.
Innovate and develop emerging services in personalized health, such as hormonal therapies, reproductive health services, sexual health, and gender-specific preventive care programs.
Project Management:
Lead and coordinate complex health programs, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Supervise the implementation of health services, ensuring smooth integration and efficient operation within our centers.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with various stakeholders, understand business needs, and navigate through diverse domains of applications, infrastructure, privacy, and security.
Strategic Partnerships:
Establish, secure, and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and emerging players in the healthcare and wellness industry, including start-ups, research institutions, and technology providers.
Partner with innovators in health to introduce cutting-edge treatments and technologies, such as telemedicine solutions for personalized care, advanced diagnostics, and AI-driven health insights

Market and Financial Performance:
Manage the market and financial performance of existing and/or new products, including revenue, operating profit, free cash flow, net present value, internal rate of return, discounted payback, and return on investment, with accountability for P&L.
Market Research:
Use primary and secondary market research and competitive landscape research to recommend solutions to better support and/or reposition existing or new product offerings.
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in health to ensure TELUS Health remains at the forefront of innovation.
Business Development:
In collaboration with the sales and business development teams, identify new market opportunities to advance and win new business.
Develop strategies to expand our service offerings and reach new patient demographics.
Product Roadmap:
Develop, own, and maintain a product roadmap and business requirements through understanding market, customer, regulatory, and technology trends.
Team Culture:
Inspire and motivate peers to drive high performance, teamwork, and timely recognition.
Communication:
Facilitate discussions across teams, including with executives, and foster an environment of idea and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare or private clinic environments, with a focus on personalized health services.
Expert project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research to drive product decisions.
Innate curiosity and a strong drive to explore the unknown.
Team player: Proven relationship-building skills, including the ability to lead multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and thrive in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including executive audiences.
Passion for improving healthcare delivery through technology and innovation.
Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma, or equivalent education and/or program management experience is required/preferred

Great to Haves:

MBA or other advanced degrees in related health field
PMP designation, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent designations

Salary Range: $94,000-$140,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
