Clean Harbors Chambly, QC location is looking for a Regional Class AZ End Dump Driver to join their safety conscious team! Our Class AZ Drivers are responsible for running a route from Chambly, QC to Sarnia, ON, with the possibility of border crossing into the states, running miles a week. This position requires traveling away from home 4-5 days at a time. Hourly rate of $33.10 an hour.

Average annual drivers' salary: $110K

Responsibilities:

Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times

Operates tractor trailer tanker units

Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads from Safety-Kleen/Clean Harbor branches and customers and transports to our refinery centers

Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units

Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations

Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications:

Class AZ CDL Required

Travel away from home up 4-5 days a week

12+ months Class AZ experience Required

Ability to work from heights Required

Ability to lift/carry 50lbs

Ability to drive a manual transmission (10, 13, 18 speed) Required

Valid Canadian Passport Required
