Pure Life Physiotherapy is looking for a Medical Office Assistant for our St, Surrey, BC V3S 4E3 location to manage our rapidly growing clinic!

What You'll be Responsible for as the Medical Office Assistant:
Manage Incoming and Outgoing calls with a Medical understanding and background
Managing and staffing the front office
Supervising patient scheduling, billing, and claims
Reporting directly to senior staff and executive team
Manage Inbound and Outbound calls and sales leads
Provide quality control calls and understand and empathize with patients

Requirements and Qualifications:
A college degree
Supervisory or management experience
Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
Excellent Computer Skills
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Digital softwares
High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently
Creativity, initiative and a team-oriented outlook for problem solving
A talent for finding opportunities for innovation and improvement for the business and the team
Experience with Physiotherapy office work, medical billing and/or management
