This individual will be responsible for the following duties: 1. Establish methods to meet work schedules. 2. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. 3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. 4. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. 5. Ensure food service and quality control. 6. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. 7. Prepare and submit reports as needed. Languages: English Education: High School Completion. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Worksite environment: Restaurant Personal suitability: Initiative, organized, standing for extended periods. Benefits: 4% Vacation pay.
