My Hunter Insurance is hiring an Account Manager to join our growing team in Mississauga, Ontario!

We are seeking an Account Manager who is value-oriented and has a known record of accomplishment for retaining clients through their impeccable customer service and insurance knowledge. If this sounds like you, we need you!

As an Insurance Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle for new business and renewal process for existing clients

• Recommend coverages based on client consumer needs

• Assist clients in policy changes, cancellations, or any amendments to be made to client's policies

• Answer inquiries from our telephone queue line and email channel regarding billing from existing clients

• Update customer files through our broker management systems

• Remain knowledgeable in underwriting guidelines for P&C insurance

• Meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Insurance Brokerage channel and customer service

• RIBO License is required

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Proficiency in working with Applied Rating Services, Powerbroker, and various market portals

• Insurance Account Management/Client relationship-building experience is required
