Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff. Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety. Arrange for additional services like repairs and replacements. Hire, train, and schedule cleaning staff. Manage budgets and perform cleaning tasks as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Supervisory experience in cleaning or maintenance. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Basic budget management. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
