Valley Toyota in Chilliwack, BC is currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to assist our valued customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with their parts inquiries and orders.
Provide accurate and detailed information about available parts and accessories.
Help customers identify the correct parts for their specific Toyota vehicle model and year.
Collaborate with the service and repair departments to ensure timely and accurate parts deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring that all parts are properly labeled and stored.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Toyota products, promotions, and pricing.
Process parts orders and transactions accurately using our dealership's computer systems.
Handle customer concerns and returns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or technical education is preferred.
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a related role within an automotive dealership is a plus.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, especially Toyota products.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts catalog systems and inventory management software.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
