Sales Representative

Compensation:

Our average sales representatives are earning between $80,000 - $140,000 annually, our top representatives are earning over $200,000 annually.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively marketing TELUS Smart Home Security, Optik TV, and Fiber Internet. You will be responsible for creating your own leads through cold contacting and generating your own referrals. You will do this by spending 90% of your time cold contacting potential prospects at their home. While at their home your job will be to provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with customers, and develop customized solutions that protect and simplify their lives.
You will be cold contacting consumers to best understand how to build value and customize the service to their individual needs.
You will create smart home solutions that protect and simplify customers' lives.
You will be proactive in following up with customer referrals to increase your portfolio.
You will use the latest technology to assist with enhancing our customer engagement experience.

You will build rapport with customers while retaining product knowledge and closing sales in a field environment.

Desired Skills

We are looking for a candidate who has grit, is honest, empathetic, and has strong customer service abilities. You must be able to cold contact and generate your own leads You must be able to think quickly on your feet and identify solutions to help solve customer problems. While previous marketing and sales industry experience is beneficial, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training that will equip you with the skills you need to succeed.
