Responsibilities:
Provide each guest with a personalized shopping experience and exceptional customer service
Utilize Suzanne's Customer Service Experience Sequence to greet and assist customers
Support the store manager with merchandising and administrative tasks
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets
Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure a smooth operation
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
Stay informed about Suzanne's fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals
Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements:
Minimum of two years of proven excellence in a fashion retail sales role
Desire to expand your skillset and demonstrate strong leadership qualities
Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding sales targets
Previous experience meeting sales goals/targets is an asset
Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
Reliable, punctual, and able to perform light housekeeping duties as needed
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb ladders
