Essential Functions
Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions
Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
Comfortable working independently
Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

Understand the regulations, uphold the standards, respect and understand the importance of your cannabis qualification
Reliable and strong communication with your team

Requirements
Must be of legal age and hold a license in the province of the position Non-negotiable
Learn how to get started on your Cannabis Qualification:
Retail and customer service experience
Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Eager to learn and develop
Ability to work at multiple locations will allow for more hours and development
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
