Position: Personal Lines CSR (RIBO Required)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage inbound client inquiries and outbound client follow up

Support the sales and service team

Adhere to underwriting guidelines and processes

Manage Renewals: review and re-market policies, identify gaps and opportunities, make recommendations based on individual needs

Opportunity to earn more through sales and monthly incentives

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year RIBO Lic and 1 year general insurance brokerage experience

Ability to work independently and set daily tasks and goals

Ability to organize and prioritize incoming tasks to meet client expectations

Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills

Prior experience with Powerbroker (or similar) & Company Portals
