As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Shipping Coordinator with experience in the food industry to manage our shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of shipping processes and protocols and will be responsible for ensuring our products are delivered efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all shipping activities, including scheduling, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Ensure all shipments comply with food safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize shipping software and technology to track and manage shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
- Communicate with carriers and logistics providers to arrange transportation and negotiate rates.
- Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock for order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain efficient shipping processes and protocols to optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular audits of shipping practices and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a shipping coordinator role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of shipping processes, protocols, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and other related technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Forklift license is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
