We're based in Vaughan, Ontario, with 16 regional locations that include custom manufacturing facilities in Edmonton, Toronto and Winnipeg, as well as cash and carry locations, product showrooms and equipment demo sites.
We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
Your Challenge:
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide superior service to customers by offering detailed product information, suggesting substitutions, and grouping products for pricing efficiency;
Input customer orders for paper, packaging, graphic solutions, and sign & display products into the system; assist with e-commerce orders for seamless customer service
Ensure timely printing of invoices, coordinate with the warehouse for product delivery;
Prepare and manage quotations, coordinate with vendors for timely product sourcing, oversee inventory verification, and ensure accurate pricing and shipping details. Communicate updates to relevant departments and staff members;
Assist in sourcing products as needed to fulfill customer requests;
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, colleagues and vendors;
Support the Outside Sales team by communicating relevant customer information and sales opportunities;
Expand market reach by initiating outbound calls to existing and potential customers;
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques;
Advise customers using all provided communication channels on all relevant information and keep Account Managers informed on order status;
Delivery coordination;
Receiving customer feedback and escalating/resolving issues as required;
Maintaining and sharing knowledge of the Company's line of products;
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and Outside Sales team;
Support Cash & Carry and the Resource Centre departments;
Place orders and samples with vendors, approve invoices, and maintain accurate records;
Other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications:
Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in sales and customer service;
Industry knowledge and understanding of paper manufacturing, paper distribution, graphic products, printing processes, sign and display or industrial supplies and packaging considered an asset;
Strong communication skills (both oral and written);
Proficient in using MS Office,
A focus on sales-driven strategies;

Punctual, dependable, and reliable;
Excellent teamwork and team building skills;
Self-directed and self-motivated; and

Working Conditions:
Able to work on a computer for numerous hours which may result in strain on wrists, eyes, back, etc.;
Ability to work in a busy, open area office;
May have to spend long hours in concentration which requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy;
This position faces a number of deadlines which may cause significant stress; and
Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
