We have a full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in our Saskatoon location. The successful candidate will have a great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Our team is looking for someone to provide exceptional service to our retail customers as well as to support our warehouse team in maintaining the highest standard in outbound shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail customers from first contact to completion of transaction as efficiently as possible in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer inbound calls from multiple locations in call queue
  • Enter orders via email, phone, fax
  • Data entry
  • Cash balancing
  • Restocking and maintaining tidy retail area
  • Shipping & Receiving duties, including picking orders and preparing shipping documents
  • Inventory counts
  • Assisting other departments and divisions as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of customer-service related role experience is preferred
  • 2 years of warehouse experience is strongly preferred
  • Retail or call center customer service experience an asset
  • 1 to 2 years stand up forklift, reach truck or order picker experience
  • Must own a personal vehicle for the commute.
  • WHMIS and TDG training an asset
  • Must have strong English comprehension and communication
  • Must be able to work at a height of up to 21 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training)
  • Must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well alone and with a team with minimal supervision
  • Capable of lifting 30lbs
