We are looking for a Full time Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and customer support to Bunzl Industrial's growing Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Key contact between Customers, Sales Representatives, Vendors and the Inside Operations Team.
  • Maintain and manage customer expectations for order time frame for delivery
  • Order Entry & tracking, coordination with freight companies and our internal warehouses to ensure product on order is arriving on time to meet the customer's needs.
  • Source special order product for customers, provide back-order substitute suggestions and support to our internal CSR and sales team
  • Running open order and sales history reports and other administrative duties
  • Manage and keep organized shared inbox of customer requests and maintain a high level of service response.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the products we supply to make product suggestions and quotes for customers.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the sales team in order to help them with sales and orders to grow the business. This could include but not limited to; looking for gap sales within current accounts, looking for prospect accounts within the reps territory, calling prospect accounts to locate the correct contact, making an appointment for a Rep in a new Prospect account.
  • Become profit managers by coordinating with selling executives to review all low margin items in order to provide substitutes or interface with vendors for additional cost support.
  • Support the Ecomm. platform and drive customer set up

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and BI.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the business.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; recommends solutions, resolves problems, and maintains a positive approach.
  • Proficiently handle confidential and time-sensitive material
  • A self-starter who works well in both a team environment and independently without constant supervision.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Elite customer service and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be a team player with a high level of dedication.

Experience/Education:

  • College/University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
