Compensation and Benefits:
Position: Pharmacy Manager (Tablet Pharmacy Parksville)
Renumeration: $60-65 Per Hour
5% RRSP/GRSP Match: Additional Dollar to Dollar match towards your RRSP with up to 5% of your total income (annual salary + performance bonuses)
Clinical Performance Bonus: Revolving bonus ranging yearly from $12,000 - $25,000, based on quantitative performance evaluations (paid out quarterly), ensuring a fair and objective calculation. (Retiring Pharmacist consistently achieves the higher side of the bonus).
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with weekends and statutory holidays off
$6000 Joining Bonus

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Licensing: Must be a Licensed Full Pharmacist in BC (students awaiting PEBC process this year can apply on a conditional basis).
- Interpersonal Skills: Able to communicate and engage effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Customer Focus: Attuned to the needs of diverse customers.
- Teamwork: Positive and enthusiastic, collaborative spirit with problem solving & ownership attitude.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Kroll and prior experience will serve as an asset.
- Training Requirements: Must have completed OAT-CAMPP Training (we are not a methadone-focused pharmacy, but training is necessary for any future methadone patients), Certification for Drug Administration by Injection and Intranasal Route, and Pharmacist Prescribing for Minor Ailments and Contraception (PPMAC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Pharmacy Operations: Manage daily pharmacy activities, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant pharmacy bylaws, policies, and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Lead medication and supply inventory management, focusing on formulary-preferred molecules, with assistance from pharmacy support staff.
