Manage and supervise the scheduling and dispatching activities of trucks. Analyse expenditures and other financial information to develop plans, policies and budgets for better profits and services. Negotiate and make decisions regarding transportation service rates and monitor revenue. Hire new drivers and oversee their training. Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods. Resolve any issues regarding employee misconduct, late deliveries and customers complaints. Organising and monitor all health and safety check and routine vehicle checks as per both company and statutory requirements. Requirements Education: High School or Bachelor degree Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
