Establish work schedules and procedures. Dispatch truck drivers and monitor routes. Arrange for training or train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Ensure health and safety rules are followed. Ensure quality of services and process. Resolve work problems and recommend measures for improvements. Order materials, equipment and supplies. Prepare reports and keep all records updated. Ensure adherence to rules and regulations. Arrange for maintenance and repair work as required. Requirements: Education: Completion of High School is required Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience Languages: Basic English Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines Essential Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability, initiative, organized, flexible, team player Other: Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
