We are experts in MacBook, iMac, PCs, Laptop repairs, software and hardware configuration, installation, quick Cellphone screen & battery replacements, data recovery etc.

Job Duties:
Provide prompt and professional responses and technical support to customer inquiries through email, phone call and in person
Assess customers support needs, investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical issues; effectively communicate solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Offer technical support such as step-by-step instructions, backup solutions, hardware and software installation, software configuration, network connectivity, data recovery
Record, track, and document technical problem-solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution
Document common issues to proactively identify trends and patterns
Develop and maintain reference materials, implement standard and systematic procedures
Keep abreast of new technologies and the developments in computer software and hardware

Qualifications:
College diploma is required.
At least 1 year of work experience in providing technical support to users or a similar role.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, great communication and exceptional customer service skills.
