We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Software Developer - Senior to join our dynamic team to work at our client.

Note: 3 Days onsite per week is required

Description

Design and develop customized and scalable SharePoint websites, solutions and procedures to improve business functions.

Recommend solutions according to business needs and preferences.

Experience in SharePoint out of the box features for creating forms, web pages and workflows.

Experience in SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Object Model.

Fluent with coding and programming knowledge such as .Net, HTML, CSS and other web services.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the cloud-based services that support SharePoint environment.

Experience with Sharegate for the data and content migration.

Strong knowledge of databases, data storage and retention processes.

Atleast 3-5 years of experience of SharePoint consulting and development projects.

Deliverables

Documentation of development processes, coding standards, and SharePoint configurations.

Design, implement and work with the project team in completing all relevant and required documentation.

Ensure alignment and adherence to Ministry of Government Services' processes and standards.

Perform and support the testing and debugging.

Undertake special assignments/sub-projects as assigned.

Create and validate business scenarios and use cases.

Participate in knowledge transfer.

Additional Terms

Experience with SharePoint framework including its user interface, collaboration, content management and other out of the box capabilities.

Experience with extending SharePoint functionality with forms, workflows, web parts and application technologies.

Experience with configuring and building the SharePoint sites to the specified requirements.

Proficiency in some programming languages: .Net, JavaScript, C#, CSS, HTML, SQL server and web services.

Experience with support and maintenance of the SharePoint applications by addressing issues related to the site administrations, security, and performance.

Experience and knowledge of functional UI/UX design processes to enhance the interface using themes and branding.

Experience with migrating data and solutions to the latest SharePoint versions and having knowledge of the platform updates and features.

Experience in Deploying the solutions on SharePoint server farms.

Experience in identifying, resolving, and fixing technical problems, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in SharePoint solutions.

Experience in providing training and technical support to the users and stakeholders on the effective usage of SharePoint.

Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical team members to gather requirements and explain technical concepts.

Support development of the desired technical documentation.

Experience managing executive relationships and reporting to senior management.

Experience building relationships with stakeholders.

Experience with public sector governance processes and requirements.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented and self motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
