Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess strong clinical knowledge in various pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication therapy management and counseling to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient health and progress to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
- Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Experience in pediatric or acute care settings preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medication administration
- Strong focus on patient care and safety
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital or clinical environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
