JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the ongoing development and management of spare parts program that contribute to the continuous operation and reliability of equipment and machinery.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement best in class spare parts management practices, including 5S, FIFO.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of spare parts program, from storage, inventory tracking, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with and support Maintenance Planners to implement parts kitting process to improve work order execution efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify critical spare parts inventory and optimize stock level to improve fulfilment rate and ensure critical spare parts are readily available for business support.
- Change control process owner for critical spare parts replacement and exchange.
- Financial reporting of inventory value and cost tracking for respective cost enters.
- Lead cycle count activities.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
- Certificate or diploma in a technical field
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an organized workspace.
- Strong planning skills to develop and implement effective spare parts management and maintenance strategies.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing feedback to refine and optimize processes.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues related to parts availability, compatibility, sourcing, and equipment maintenance.
- Proactive approach to anticipating and mitigating potential problems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers, internal departments, and customers.
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and managing procurement.
- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, outlook, Project) with ability to analysis data using excel, SQL etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School or equivalent with > 5 years technical and field equipment experience
- Experience with a wide array of production and filling equipment, utilities, and clean rooms used in GMP manufacturing.
- Experience with inventory management, procurement, supply chain logistics, operations management, data analysis, and facility maintenance.
- Experience in using inventory management software, ERP systems, MVP One and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering or equivalent technical degree/diploma.
- Experience in pharmaceutical field with knowledge of maintaining cGMP and safety compliance.
- Good understanding of the technical specifications and functionality of the parts being managed.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Expertise in developing and managing preventative maintenance and calibration schedules.
- Experience in performing like-for-like assessments when identical parts are not available.
- Active in maintaining FME compliance.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Pre-employment medical and medical re-examination performed every 2 years or as per RESILIENCE's SOPs.
- This position requires vaccination for Hepatitis A and B
- Job requires shift work, weekends and occasional extended shifts and possible short notice schedule shifts.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
