Description Our services client is looking for a UX Designer to join their team in a freelance role, with a high possibility of full-time conversion. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in their North York office.

What you'll be doing:
- Working with the Analytics and CRO Manager to deliver seamless and high-converting landing pages centered around user experience.
- Building wireframes and digital prototypes while implementing feedback from stakeholders.
- Preparing UX documentation (i.e., site architecture, wireframes, heatmapping audits, use cases, task flows, etc.) to be used by digital and broader marketing teams.
- Assisting in the continuous analysis of site performance dashboards and user interactions and making recommendations for optimization.
- Improving site engagement and conversion metrics through optimized customer journeys based on data insights and qualitative research.
- Managing website content management tasks including updating text content, offer details, website promotions, and layout templates within WordPress CMS.

Skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience
- Working knowledge of fundamental UX design principles.
- Skilled usage in UX and Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Balsamiq.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Experience with user testing and usability analysis and deriving insights from Google Analytics and/or other digital analytics tools.
- Agency experience is a plus.
